OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infigo Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11.  Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

13.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact us at info@infigosolutions.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
  • Binding Arbitration: If not resolved within 30 days, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Denver, Colorado, conducted in English.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis only; no class arbitration or class actions are permitted.
  • Small Claims: You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

14.  Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infigo Solutions regarding the Site.

15.  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
